To Employment's vision is to offer a community based program for clients to increase their potential for community integrated employment.  A typical day for a client sees them in the community handing out resumes, accessing One Stop centers to job search, mobility training, job exploration, interview training, making cold calls to potential employers, and accessing other resources within the community to increase employment opportunities.

The YES! To Employment program provides training in areas such as: Communication, Interpersonal Skills, Time Management, Organizational Skills, Social Security Benefits, Dressing For Success, Self Advocacy,  Computer Training, Internship Opportunities and more.

YES! To Employment practices Person Centered Planning which ensures the client's needs remains central in the search for employment.
